  1. All returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging. Refunds and replacements will be granted only for items that meet these criteria.
  2. All returned items must be sent to Pine Cone Hill within 30 days of order receipt.
  3. Cut yardage, books, and monogrammed and personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

If your order is incorrect or missing items, or if there is an issue with the quality, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-556-4593 and we’ll happily arrange an exchange or credit.

If you wish to return your purchase for any other reason, please pack the unused items in their original shipping package. Every Pine Cone Hill order ships with a prepaid FedEx label; for ease of return and crediting, we encourage you to use this label. Just affix the label to the outside of the package to be returned and contact FedEx for a pick up, or drop it off at any FedEx office. If this label is used, return shipping charges will be subtracted from the order credit.

If you choose to return your items via a shipping method other than FedEx, be sure to include the prepaid FedEx label inside the package to ensure proper crediting of your account. Clearly write the FedEx reference number (Ref) on the outside of the package.
